The Lift 3 4' 2" Pro eFoil design this year is a fair amount smaller than previous year’s Pro model at 4' 2", but with the updated LIFT 3 design features it’s actually easier to dominate. At first glance, the small size might seem intimidating, but riders worldwide have had nothing but success in getting to their feet and up on foil. Anybody who rides the Lift 3 4' 2" Pro eFoil board has a hard time going back to anything else because the sensation is unworldly.

The 4' 2" Pro eFoil board is everything foiling should be and definitely the direction of the sport - its compact size makes you feel like you’re flying on nothing at all and the response in its carve is the most liberating feeling you can have on the water. This is the lightest board in the LIFT3 range, and really easy to handle for transport and getting around.

Lift offers a wide variety of wing sizes allowing you to select the wings best suited to you and your own style of riding. Not sure where to start? The 200 Surf V2 front wing with 38 Surf V2 back wing is the go-to combination to get riding - but the options don't end there! Some other recommended selections for the 4' 2" Pro eFoil include:

150 Surf V2 - Very responsive and fast combo

200 Surf V2 - Offers great all-around cruising and efficiency

200 High Aspect - Glides forever and ideal for long distances or some swell riding with the folding prop

BACK WINGS:

38 Surf V2 is the standard. Try the 32 Glide for extra speed if you want to make it a super pro.
