30 Amp fuse protects the boat, passengers, and equipment from damage due to short-circuits or other component failures.

Installation of an automated ballast system requires that a fused be installed between the battery and the positive connection in the system. This fuse fits into the inline fuse holders we offer (available separately, see Recommended Accessories) to provide a sealed enclosure to hold the fuse.

NOTE: We suggest using 30 Amp rated fuses when installing the Johnson Ultra Ballast pumps for more reliable performance, and the best possible fill and drain times.
